All Products, services, service packages and pre-paid treatments are non-refundable. Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns on skin care and makeup products except in the event you have a severe reaction, we will need you to come in for documentation of reaction, within 24 hours. The price paid may be applied towards other services available at Captivating Aesthetics.
If you are unable to use a non-rendered, prepaid service, you may do a one-time exchange toward other services. The price paid may be applied towards other services available at Captivating Aesthetics. This does not include injections or laser treatments.
Quotes are good for 30 days but can still be changed at the discretion of the clinic.
Shipments will be done on Mondays and Thursdays at 10 am.
We understand that unexpected complications and illnesses arise. However, a reservation is a promise between one of our experienced Aestheticians and you, the client. Because of the time constraints of our providers, ample notice is required for rescheduling appointments. We request that cancellations are done 72 hours prior to an appointment. If you do not cancel or reschedule an appointment 24 hours in advance, a $70 fee may be charged on consults, $150 on treatments and injectables (excluding Sculptra). Two weeks cancel or reschedule notice is needed for Sculptra appointments, if 2 weeks notice is not given, you forfeit 100% of the amount paid.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow us to get you checked in and confirm any important information. Arriving late may interrupt your service and the services of those who follow you.
Patient privacy is a top priority at our clinic. We ensure that our staff will not discuss your treatments with any other clients. In order to ensure your total privacy, you may be periodically asked to verify specific information such as your birthdate, phone number or address.
The best tip we can receive is your repeat business and referrals. However, if you are exceptionally happy with the service you received during your visit, our providers do accept tips.
Delivery of Incorrect or Damaged Product
Please check your delivered order carefully. In the event you have received the wrong or damaged product, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to advise us of the error. Requests must be received within 14 days of shipping date. Please include a picture of the invoice, product, and packaging received. Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns on skin care and makeup products that have been opened, used, or unsealed. We will arrange to replace the item received, with the correct product, upon receipt of the returned product. We will make every effort to clarify this situation as quickly as possible.
Allergic Reactions or Skin Irritation

An in-house consultation may be required to determine product suitability. Products sold on this website are manufactured by medical grade manufacturers. Used properly, you can receive exceptional results. If you experience an allergic reaction or unusual skin irritation to any product we ask you to advise us immediately (within 48 hours). We will provide an exchange or refund for the individual product if an allergic reaction or unusual skin irritation has been confirmed. Please note that photos may be required.
Gift certificates are non-refundable. We will, however, allow them to be transferred to another party. Please review all information appearing on the Gift Certificate, for additional terms. Any partially used Gift Certificate is not transferable.
